We aim for all products to be sent the same working day with fast delivery minimizing down time.

We have over 20 years of experience supplying fittings and insist on consistent quality from our suppliers to provide trustworthy, reliable long-term solutions for your plumbing and drainage requirements. All our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed .We only have reputable NZ suppliers with brands who have stood the test of time and with the qualities required for council and civil requirements. Pipe Fittings Online is a division of a 3 generation family business White Heron Ltd. Our office is on the West Coast with dispatch centers in the North and South Island. We keep a full range of fittings (always expanding) in our warehouse with knowledgeable staff on hand to answer your enquiries.

We enjoy finding solutions and helping our clients complete projects- large and small. We are keen to work with you and your team and endeavor to make selecting and ordering all fittings required a fast, efficient and an enjoyable experience.

This website is created for your convenience – to save yourself (and staff) time and fuel – to help in planning and design stages – to enable 24 hour ordering – on site, in the office or after hours.

Delivery

Freight free –Pipe Fittings orders over $200 are freight free.

Pipe Fittings orders under $200 have a subsidised $12.00 freight charge NZ wide. Prices are excluding GST.

Payment

You have the option of paying via Paypal, Stripe, Direct credit or with your business account. If you select the Direct Deposit option you will receive an e-mail from us detailing the account details required for payment and dispatch. If you have opened a Trade account, invoices will be sent with Statement for payment by the 20th of the following month. You may already have a Business / Trade / Farm account – phone us to confirm on 0508 FITTINGS (0508 3488464)

Courier Delivery

We aim for all products to be sent the same working day and with most centers we aim for delivery within 24 hours of an order been received. With RD addresses, this is very dependent on your rural delivery service and we welcome your recommendation and feedback.

Returns

You may return new and unused items sold by us within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us to notify us which items are to be returned. We will email a credit note and despatch required exchange items if required.

Items should be returned quoting the credit note details and in new condition.
We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Either by arranging a courier pickup or sending a ticket.

Obviously, Items that are dirty or damaged (unsuitable for resale) won’t be refunded. Appreciate your understanding with this – avoid tool damage etc.
